This is a good scam so do not be fooled into thinking you will get your Property Deed.
You pay the money and then chase after them only to find they do not answer your call.
I just got scammed, so do not be a victim also!

Just go to your county's official property record website, look up the property and down load a copy of the deed. Most counties, if not all, are online today.
Don't send your money to anyone to send you what you can get for free. This scam has been around a while: several years at least. There are various "corporate names" the scammer uses and seals that make it look official, but it's not. You can tell it's a scam because the correspondence asks for money.
