NATIOWIDE RELOCATION SERVICES & FERRARI MOVING COMPANY. Do not let these companies fool you. "Nationwide" will tell you they are a large moving company and give you an estimated weight and ask for a "deposit". Then "Ferrari Moving Co" will get your items and tell you the weight is double what was estimated. And they will show up late in just a rental truck and with inexperienced movers who can't speak English. And they will purposely break your items, and tell you they have family members who can fix them and offer you a small amount of money to "take them off your hands". And don't bother trying to file an insurance claim on the items, because the form that "Ferrari Moving Co" will send you has no address or fax number to mail it to!!!! It is a toal scam and I can't believe they are not already in prison for many many years for this! Also, I must note that when i asked Bobby Ferrari Jr. who I should send the insurance claim form to, he told me he was going to come to my house and do physical harm to me!!!!

BEWARE, DO NOT EVER USE THESE COMPANIES!!! THE POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THESE THREATS!

These are felons. The guy named Bobby Ferrari Jr is actually the son of a man named Robert Ferrari Sr, who has been inprisoned for writing fake licenses in the state of Pennsylvania by the State Department of Transportation.

CONSUMERS BE AWARE-STAY AWAY FROM NATIOWIDE RELOCATION SERVICES AND FERRARI MOVING COMPANY.

The name of the man at Nationwide Relocation who stole my deposit was Omar Barba (1-888-219-7171 ext 224) and Bobby Ferrari can be reached at (321-443-5512).

These men belong behind bars and I wonder how long it will take before somebody does something about it?

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

No offense taken

AUTHOR: Luigi Ferrari - (U.S.A.)

As far as the name I chose for this website, is fairly obvious to the owner of ferrari. But maybe not to you which is fine. ;o)

Manoj at times will go by the name Luigi or Mario Ferrari an act like a mover in the houses and have his wife play the role of the owner on the phone with customers, he feels like it is less confrontational if he is just the "driver" while in customers houses.

It is fine if you don't trust me with your information all I was doing was offering ex inside information in how his business and scams work. As far as doing your own homework and looking up the legal stuff in courthouses, there is no moving company by name of ferrari moving there is no bobby ferrari jr, bobby ferrari sr, yada the customers dont know the real name of the company hence the driver will not unload until credit card is punched in over the phone through a bogus shell company.

But guess it is like you say no reason to trust me so I'm wasting my time anyways. Was merely trying to get enough people lumped together to file and get him blackballed from fmcsa. Can't do that without actual contracts and proof

Best of luck in your endeavors
Luigi

#2 Consumer Suggestion

No offense to the previous poster

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

But considering the name used in your rebuttal, I wouldn't send you any information, especially when people do not know you are who you claim. To the OP, most states require that in order to operate under a dba or ficticious business name, that you file the legal company information through the local county courthouse where the business operates and furnish proof of that filing with the state that you are physically holding any offices operating in. I would check with the home state license office first to start tracking the correct legal information. Start by filing your complaint that way.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

To everyone ever burned by Ferrari Moving

AUTHOR: Luigi Ferrari - (U.S.A.)

I'm an ex employee for the notorious Ferrari Moving runned by Manoj Mottwani. Almost everyone that ever complains has the information completely wrong about this compay. He has the company looped through alot of states and dba so makes it harder to track his real company or even his real name for that matter.

If you are interested in pursuing litigations against aka "Bobby Ferrari" Contact me, have your contract and empty/loaded scale tickets and I can look over it and tell you exactly how much you got ripped off by. I worked for him for over a year, for awhile I was "bobby's" right hand man.

He manipulates the broker nationwide and other brokers against the customers and calls broker to manipulate customer against the broker, then has no loyalty to his employees who he forces into doing illegal transcations or they dont get their pay at end of the month.

I would like anyone burned by him to contact me, and hopefully enough of you are willing I will push it through with fmsca to take his dot numbers, get him for fuel tax evasion, and possible class action lawsuit to perm shut him out of the moving business.

Thanks
Luigi

#4 Consumer Suggestion

Here's where you can send the insurance claim to:

AUTHOR: Sharon - (U.S.A.)

If your move took place after August 21 , then send that form to:

TRAVELERS PROPERTY CASUALTY CO. OF AMERICA
Attn: JADWIGA LISZEWSKI, TRAVELERS PROP. CASUALTY
Address: 1 TOWER SQUARE -PMD-6GS
HARTFORD, CT US 06183
Telephone: (860) 954 - 5523
Fax: (860) 954 - 5281
Cargo Insurance Policy # QT 660 5502C558
Actually, there are several policies for Ferrari with this company, all have similar policy numbers. This should at least get the insurer to the right account so you can file your claim directly with them. I don't think it will take much convincing on your part when they ask why you didn't file directly with the mover.

I think you should also contact the FL Attorney General's Economic Crimes Division. Threatening bodily harm for filing a legitimate insurance claim would probably interest them.
