To whom it may concern,myself and my spouse purchased our home in 1995.We were with the same co.for three years.my husband's place of buisness closed down.We were getting behind with our payments so we decided to refinance with a company from Texas.Centex Home Equity,when they did the appraisal,the young man was a rookie,and was supposed to wait for his supervisor.He never showed up.The young man put down that we had a house.We live in a mobil home.To make a long story short,Centex sold our mtg.to Nationstar.They have made our lives pure h---! .We applied for a home modification,our payments were 460.00 a month.We were doing okay .When the two years were up they raised our payments to 2500.00 a month.There was no way for us to make that kind of payment.We reapplied for another home modification,this time our payments were lowered to 230.69 a month we have been paying this amount for almost two years they say we are behind several months .Know they say we owe 1500.00 to get caught up.My problem is our balance on our home was a little over 46,000 know it is over 48,000.The balance is not going down it's going up!! We have been in this home for almost 18 years we are not about to lose it .We have no where else to go.. PLEASE HELP!!
