Wow, I have been counting pennies since my husband lost his job and went into treatment. He called me collect (yes, I know that now) the first day he was able to call out. He did not have a quarter. I honestly had no idea they were going to be this expensive. I thought for sure there was some kind of billing error. $70.05 charge for two collect telephone calls. I will file a compaint with NCIC, but who regulates them? i thought 1900 numbers had to tell you how much they are charging per minute, why don't collect calls have to do the same thing? Help! Please!
