I received a letter saying I owed a credit card company $13875.06, never happened.Caused me a great deal of discomfort and if there is any way to hold they responsible I would be a willing participant .This company should be held accountable and made to pay for the discomfort, so I've read, that it has caused many people I have a friend that was also a victim of this fraudulent company.

file a complaint with your attorney General

AUTHOR: Nathan - (U.S.A.)

My suggestion is to file a complaint with the your state attorney General and the

federal trade commission.  Now NCO has been sued by states and FTC.  Never ever

give them any banking information.  Do not be intimidated by their threats.  If need

be tape their conversations.  send them a debt validation letter demanding to see

the orginal application with your signature.  Send this within 30 days and certified

with signature showing they received it.  Then when they don't validate the debt

file a complaint with attorney General.

You may be a victim of identity theft. I suggest you get all three credit reports from

FTC website.  they are free do not use any other site.  they are a scam.  If you are a victim of identity theft then you need to file a police report.  Get a NACA attorney

they might be able to help you.  investigate, investigate and be proactive in finding

what is happening to your credit and identity.  The FTC can help you.  FTC.gov is the website.

remember do not fall prey to them.  fight them and report back here and I    WILL

MONITOR YOUR COMPLAINT
