I was so shocked to find a "BAD DEBT" report from NCO Financial Systems in my credit report. This questionable collection agent reported it to Experian, Equifax and Trans Union. And it had negatively affected my credit score. NCO never contacted me about any debt or collection (and I have not changed address for three years). When I tried to contact them by mail, their address was no longer valid so my letter was returned to sender (me).
Now I don't know how to contact NCO Financial Systems. When I searched the web, instead of finding "NCO Financial", I found dozens and dozens of "Rip Off reports on NCO Financial!
Please help me how to contact them to dispute my "Bad Debt" report. I need to correct this injustice done to me.

NCO along with 1&1 internet tried to ruin my credit but they did not succeed. I got got in contact with Experian. I copied and pasted many of the Ripoff Reports posted on this site. Contacted the D.A. in PA. Yesterday I received a letter from Experian stating that NCO's false claim towards my credit score was deleted. Experian: " We completed investigating the items you disputed with the sources of information. Here are the results: NCO FINANCIAL DELETED.
Advice. Go after these pigs with all your might. I did. Contact the DA in PA, they actually called me on the phone here in CA. The DA is up to their crap. The time to pile on NCO and 1&1 internet is NOW!!! All aboard!

Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act you have the right to request written validation of negative entries on your credit files. Per this law they must validate the item(s) or remove them from your credit file.
Mail a letter via certified mail with return receipt to all three credit bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion & Experian). Include a photocopy of your driver's license and social security card...If you don't include these, they may write back requesting them, which would slow the process down by several weeks. In your letter, simply state:
Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am requesting written validation of this item.
------------------------
Send NCO a letter via Certified Mail + Return Receipt stating:
Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am requesting:
- written validation of this alleged debt and that said alleged debt is within the statute of limitations
