This collections agency is too premature as to starting this as Spirnt/ Nextel has not complyed with sending a Final Bill. Daught did notify them of a move made near the time of the closure and as most know when u file a USPO address corrections form MAIL is to be labled w a yellow sticker forwarding it to a posted NEW address.. No bill was or has been recieved by her from them.
this is now 6 weeks since end of the account and a month since the actual billing cycle ended. As such we feel they are pulling something here as NOT attempting to make intial contact NOR allowing us to see a final bill.. We have sent a complaint to the ATN GENs office via email to Harrisburg.
