I recieved a letter today through the mail from NCO Finanical North Shore Agency. The name on the letter was my middle name and my maden name. When i called the 800 number that is on the letter instead of them answering North Shore Agency INC they answered NCO Finacial. And I was given 2 other 800 numbers one is an answering machine and, the other is an actual person who told me they couldn't find the account for the book that Im in collection for(that I never ordered) But they had one for a phone bill at a address that I never lived at or had a phone at. When i told her that was a fraudulant account she gave me an 800# for Potis Vac a Male enhancement company and slamed the phone down in my ear. When I called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor.I got the same operator and she was very rude to me and wanted to argue with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to get one for me. So I was given another number for NCO Financial and rudely hung up on again. I cannot get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on. I was given the run around for 30-45 minutes when I finally gave up. I will not pay for anything that I did not order. I don't know who elese to get ahold of. I have contacted the credit Bureau and have put in a dispute against this company.

I had to keep calling back until I found a representative to talk to me. They had my SSN wrong as well. In the end they had confused my file with someone else's. I was able to find a very nice rep to work with me, only after being fussed at by four different workers (believe me they got cursed out back)
