In addition to that, the only entity NCO MEDCLR had apparently corresponded with are credit agencies because I have received no such bill, never! I have tried to contact them with no response.
I will now contact the Texas Attorney General's office to report the fraud and consumer ripoff from this company. Out of frustration, I googled the company to see if there were any other contact numbers to try to reach them and was shocked BUT not surprised at the number of complaints on the internet about this specific company. This company obviously needs to be investigated by state and federal authorities.
