This company sent me a collection claim through West Asset Management, which seemed lagitimate for my daughter though I had no knowlege of the account. It was $69 so I paid it. Now I just received notice on my experian report there is a $292 unpaid account with no information attached and there is to me knowlege no outstanding emergency physician bill for my daughter. The time frame does not even correspond with any visit to the doctor she might have had. Can someone tell me what leverage do I have and what can I do to get rid of these people?
