After finding out NCO had turned me into collection without my knowledge, I filed a dispute and sent them a cease and desist letter and a request for validation via certifid mail. They deleted the account off of my credit report but still continue to call me over this bogus collection account that I have already proven I do not owe. They robo call my cell phone continuously even though I have already informed them that they do not have my permission and it is against the law. They call anywhere from 2 to 4 times a day at all hours. I also informed them that if i were contacted by any of their third party affiliates that I would file a lawsuit. Well, I guess they, think since the numbers they use wont come up on caller ID, that they are untraceable...NOT TRUE!!!!! Time for me to get nasty I guess. I refuse to put up with this.
