My son was a CDL truck driver for over 6 years.  He worked for a company called Western Express, Nashville TN., for 2 weeks in July of this year.

He was told by his dispatcher, Aundrea Bradford, to pick up a load at the Nestle Water Bottling company in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

The load was illegal as loaded by NESTLE as it  was grossly over axle by 1600 lbs., and over gross, 46,659 lbs. They refused to rework the load or remove freight.

So he brought the Western Express truck and trailer back to the terminal which was about 80 miles away under the threat of termination and possible arrest.

Now, because he reported this to the Department of Transportation, he is being blackballed (blacklisted) within the trucking industry.

This company Nestle Global are evil scumbags.  If they do not care about American workers why should they care about American consumers.  Please use another product.

It is a fact that Western Express uses Nestle to try and get rid of drivers who will not drive illegally by overloading them to an extreme degree.

Don't laugh too much now,  you too will be soon out of employment.  Haven't  you heard the economy is going off of a cliff.  The difference between you scum and myself is I'm used to being poor.  How are you going to make it?

I believe that I will have the last laugh.

Nestle did what they were required to do. Remove the freight. On the other hand, Western Express is a dirt bag company. They always black ball a driver. We trucking companies know this. They have always threatened a driver with reporting a truck stolen. You can't steal a truck under dispatch, or under the direction of dispatchers instructions to come in to the terminal.  Problem is they hire anyone who will hold the steering wheel.  Been that way for years. Until the Federal Government forces them closed, they will continue to operate in that fashion.  Their CSA score is in the toilet, so it is a matter of time. Right Diane? LMAO
