NET 10 Prepaid Cell phone service Purchased phone from Fred Meyer in Portland Oregon - was supposed to have 300 minutes included. It was a used phone and NET 10 would not apply the 300 minutes promised. Miami, Florida

I purchased a supposedly brand new prepaid cell phone at Fred Meyers in Portland Oregon from NET 10.

The package said 300 minutes were included. I tried to activate the phone and was told the phone had been activated 6 months earlier and they refused to honor the 300 minutes because the phone had already been activated.
