Multiple issues in the past. Long hold times with no resolution. Failure to honor return of warrantied phones. Drags feet through the 30 day return period. After cancelling the easy minutes for my daughter's phone no longer needed due to school year ending (she was only allowed to have a cell phone to comply with the American's with Disabilities Act), I was charged the next month without receiving the minutes. I was told it would take up to 30 days, which raised a red flag immediately. NO POS OR ACH DEBIT REVERSAL TAKES THAT LONG. I later called and was told there was no record of the transaction. I conference called Chase Customer Service; the lady at Chase tried to get Net10 to resolce the issue on their side. Once again, no record. Chase Rep asked how could it have been debited, and have no record; Net10 Rep's response was "Maybe someone deleted it". When asked why would they have deleted the sales record, the Net10 Rep did not respond. She was still on the line though, and the reason I know this is because my VOIP phone service automatically gives a busy signal upon call termination from the other side of the connection. All sounds a little fishy to me. My bank reversed the charges, but like others, I am waiting for them to STEAL back the minutes and service days as a retaliatory act. This company and all Tracfone companies are nothing but a scam. They need to be reported to the FCC, ITC, ICC, BBB, AND THE US AND STATES' ATTORNEYS GENRAL. What they are doing is a clear violation of state and local law and regulations; BANK FRAUD, WIRE FRAUD, ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD, MAIL FRAUD, FELONY BREACH OF CONTRACT, THEFT BY DECEPTION, RACQETEERING, CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD, AND MORE. THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN OR PUT IN CHECK. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THEM, AS THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN A QUICK DOLLAR IN THE SHORT TERM, AND CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE LONG TERM AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS. AVOID THEM LIKE A PROSTITUTE WITH EVERY STD. I AWAIT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
