POSTED: Thursday, December 30, 2010Since you were not notified of any charged beyond what you would pay after 30 days, file a dispute with the credit card company. You can fax this or email it, you can even send it with your bill. Once this is in place they investigate. But some companies only give you 60 days from the date the charge hit so you need to get it filed before the 60 days is up. i do this all the time. Since I'm a good customer and the amount may be less than $50, they usually waive it as it would cost too much to investigate just to find out I'm right anyways. This is one of the pluses of having excellent credit.
