Signed up for netflix in june of 2011; cancelled as instructed by mail when i returned the one and only DVD i every got.

in Jan of 2012 i noted that I had been charged every month to that point at which time I can and complained and they said they could only give me a one month credit and so after waiting all this time talking to people that say they can't do anything i said fine just stop charging my account.

Today july 2012 i find that there was never any credit and that they are still charging me.

So I call again and get basiclly the same run around and they can't give me a refund for which is now several hundred dollars for one DVD for ONE month. So now I need to cancell my bank account just to stop them.
