I am a new card holder of netspend prepaid card. I had my State tax refund check put on my card. That was the reason for obtaining the card. I was trying to pull up my account to see if I had recieved the direct deposit of my State tax check and before I got to there web site I notice the words RIP OFF. So I went to the site and started reading all the horrible stories. So I then went to my account and dont you know it my check was deposited in my account. But wouldnt you know it my account said what everyone who was complaining said it would say.... "Trouble with your account please call customer service." It is three o'clock in the morning so I can not reach anyone and I am sick to my stomache over this.... they have four hundred dollars of my money and I am not sure if I will be able to get it.... I also have my federal check coming through for five thousand dollars. I am so paniced right now it is making me naseuses... I will update this story in the morning to see if I have any luck getting through to customer service... wish me luck
