I lost a prepaid card that i had purchased for internet shopping I did call to report it and i was advised I needed to register the card in order to to get a replacement card. For some odd reason the mail man returned the card to sender and when i called asking about the card they wanted me to send a copy of my ss card my dl and my marriage certificate. I did what they asked and then i was put thru a series of security questions. I passed and was told my new card with funds would be in the mail in a few days. I received my card 14 days later with no money I had to go thru another series of security questions and i passed then they wanted information on the old card i had gotten about 3 months ago. they wanted the amount of the last deposit. Ive bought about 10 more prepaid cards since then i cant remember so they are still holding my funds because i failed another security question
