In Dec 2011 we contacted all our creditors (which were now in collection & attorney offices) to see if they had recieved anything on our behalf to settle our accts. The same answer for all was NO. Next Generation Group had never even tried to contact or settle any of our debt. We were now stuck with trying to payoff everything at once!
They never returned any of our calls - our emails would all come back with the address was invalid or no such address etc. I went through the Attorney General as well to contact them. I sent registered letters to the company and ELI SMART ( the owner at the time). They are one big scam.
They ruined our credit and took over 6000 from us. They need to be made pay restitution to everyone they ripped off and then some. I would love to know if anyone has gotten any money from them. I would love to be able to start a legal suit with them on behalf of all who were scammed.
