IN june of this year i was searching for a house so i could move out of the one i'm living , kids are growing and need i bigger space. i was looking at this property and found a name of the person to be contacted for more info, the gentlemen asked me to contact this woman at NFM in Highland IN. to see if she could help me to find about the property , i was asked about my credit and told her that i've been working on it since i just had returned to work after 2 years of unemployment, she recomended to to talk to a friend who can help people who have credit problems , she told me that he  could fix them and that i should talk to him,

i met the guy and asked me to pay him $400 to do the job, he told me he would work hard to help me solve my credit reports and that way ,get a better score to ge ta better loan rate, 4 months latter the guy didn't do his job and told the woman at NFM that my score was good enough to qualify for a FHA loan, she sent me a prequalification letter and asked me to find the house , a month latter requested more info, and i delivered to her office, a week ago she called to her office to sing some papers and found the i didn't qualify for the loan , that my credit score was to  low and for that reason my interest was going to be higher that previously told,

using a pen change the amount of down payment that i would need to show at closing, it was totally different of what she assured me it would be, i asked her why , she said that her my credit score was not good for a lower interest rate, i asked what about the guy who was supposed to help me with my credit reports? she denied ever telling me to seek this guy's help, so i just came out of the office and refused to continue doing bussiness with her and NFM . the lure the clients with promises that they qualify for a loan and then try to force them to takea high interest loan with big down payment ,even though the FHA says that it should be at least 3% they jack it up to 6%,  .
