NHCD Bounced Checks Overland Park Kansas

My late wife worked for NHCD, from 2004? thru early 2006. She had an episode with a bounced. When this happened she call her mgr. was then told to call some one else. Long story short, we were a week and a half.

She received her money and aprox. $300 more for check fees from our bank and the business with whom we had written checks . She only received this after she was able to talk to the owner of NHCD, and let him know that if she did not receive a money order, sent over night, that the Indiana State Attorney Generals office was going to be involved the next day. This was in early 2006, the same time that she quit.

She received a letter from, I think it was the US Dept of Labor, about money that was owed her. Unfortunaly, this was after she passed away in Oct. 2006. I filled out the paperwork as they instructed me to, and never received any of the money.

But, YES, NHCD is a big ripoff.
