NHS ForeclosuresNHS, LLC Represented By: Specialist White Claiming to aid myself and two other parties in stopping a future foreclosure on a home, Specialist White deliberately requested that I and these parties deposit $800 cash into two NHS, LLC bank accounts - one, of $400 - Washington Mutual Bank Acct# 317-024-9128 and $400 - Chase Bank Acct #769-405-200. He had us deposit the monies even though he knew that he would not provide the service. Garland Texas

NHS, LLC which is located at P.O. Box 451973, Garland, Texas, utilizing a toll free telephone number number of (877) 570-5494 and a fax number of (972) 429-8665 ripped off me and two other parties of $800 cash monies during the month of June 2008. The company was represented by a man who called himself Specialist White and he called me several times from this telephone number: (972) 995-0526. His job was to assist me and two other parties in stopping a foreclosure on a home. What he really assisted me and these parties in doing is lining the pockets of NHS, LLC pockets with $800 of our hard earned cash without providing this service.

NHS, LLC has drawn up a contract that states they will attempt to assist individuals with preventing a foreclosure by helping them with a so called "workout program" which includes the following types of help: forbearance agreement, loan modification, partial claim, repayment plan, or postponement of the actual sale of the property. They failed to assist us knowing at the time that the deadlines set in the contract did not apply to us from the onset of signing the contract, yet Specialist White kept asking for the monies to be deposited into the following accounts:

a. $400 cash deposited into Washington Mutual Direct Deposit for NHS, LLC Account 317-024-9128.

b. $400 cash deposited into Chase Direct Deposit for NHS, LLC Account 769-405-200.

Specialist White had us deposit these monies knowing that the foreclosure sale was scheduled on July 1, 2008 and we had not completed all the documentation required to qualify for obtaining their assistance according to our contract with them. After receiving the monies and knowing he would not provide the services, Specialist White later stated the money would not be refunded because we did not meet the requirements noted in the contract to have a money refunded.

We were ripped off deliberately by Specialist White.
