NO NO hair removal no no radiancy i returned package and they are still charging plus sent more than one when i only ordered one and then claimed it wasn't returned Internet

I ordered a No NO product and they sent me two even when i called to make sure only one was sent. Their response was they only sent one out. When the order came they had mailed out two of them to separate addresses and also a trial bump removal.

I took the merchandise to the post office in its original packing and let them check the boxes and tape them up and paid for a conformation slip of the order being delivered. after a couple of weeks i emailed them to see if they had received the order and no reply.

So a month later i called them and they tell me that one of the boxes was empty. they told me to give them seven to ten days to look into it and they would call me. they never did. I'm still being charged for two items that were returned and was never refunded my money. Please help resolve this issue,
