NOMORERACK I am out 138.00 plus 16.50 shipping .. now i got another order i placed after 50 days, and its not the right item. Internet

I ordered a tablet, 138.00, for christmas gift. it arrived after christmas, 45 days later, and it was junk. there were pieces missing, it was to have a carrying case, and it wasnt in there. i asked for a return as it was a piece of junk, not as advertised. i kept being put off, after 7 emails i finally got instructions to return it to Los Angeles address. I did so, they said i have to provide the shipping cost back. (16.50).

I havent heard back, they keep saying they are looking for the return product. I email nearly daily with no luck.

At the same time, i ordered a pair of ugg boots, short brown size 11. I wanted the short ones as i dont like tall on my calf. They arrived today, jan 5, after ordering them on nov 20, they are tall grey boots, size 10, i cannot even get them on my feet, and they are completely different than what i ordered. Now wwhat do i do?? i cant send them back, why .. and lose completely all my money like i did on the tablet?? i cant wear them, but it would cost me to send them back and they wont credit me, so i will most likely keep them and give them to someone. 

This is terrible service, these people need to be shut down!! Is there no one in this great country we live in to stop this travesty on the internet?? Please help us.

I have gotten this "form letter reply" every time i emailed you people. with your quote of how important customer service is. Its not important. You refuse to do anything for me, i have sent everything repeated times, and nothing happens. i just get the same reply, how much you value customer service. You DONT, or you wouldnt leave me hanging for nearly 2 months on this order. I sent 3 emails before i got the clearance to send the tablet back, then finally i get some los angeless address to mail it to.

I mailed it back on dec 7th, and nothing has been done toward my refund. I dont want credit from your store. why? to get more junk and screwed up orders?? NO thanks. I want credit on my credit card.

I am not going to stop until i get it. so just do it.

finally, i get something on the boots order, you say you will credit my card .. im not holding my breath until that one happens.

playing the lottery is what you do when you order from here.

ive never in my life been treated this way, i order all the time from online stores.

this is what i want:

Credit on my card for the tablet and the boots.
