 PLACED AN ORDER AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I WENT TO CHECK ON IT A COUPLE MINUTES LATER - IT SHOWED 2 EXACT ORDERS 1 MINUTE APART (I had been kicked off the first time and didnt get to complete the transaction or pay).  PLACED THE ORDER AT LIKE 3PM YET ORDER SHOWS 12:54 AND 12:55PM.  DID ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT AND SEE HOW I WAS TREATED... (KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS OVER AN HOUR ON THIS CHAT SESSION...)

issue that was a technical issue???

is not showing up

*AnneS: *and i am verifying that to our refund and technical team

THEY JUST ENDED MY CHAT SESSION AND SAID NOTHING.  I was upset sure, but that is because all of this took an hour and it should have taken 5 minutes....  Then I get online (should have done this first) and saw all of the reports of scam and Better Business reports....Could it be because she isn't going to cancel my order that I am supposed t have until 9am tomorrow to cancel (according to their webiste)......

Good luck to anyone that buys from them...
