How can this company ever be stopped??? They have the ability to hurt someones credit that we work hard to keep in good standings?? Should I pay this B.S. just to protect our FICO score or will they figure a good sucker and keep sending more??

There are laws they are required to follow and steps YOU HAVE TO TAKE to make sure they are not illegally collecting a debt that you do not owe.
You can sue for violations - but YOU have to be involved.
