I called them and the representative told me that the amount is for a tax that I owed for 2 years.
I alway made my monthly paments on time for five years and when i closed my account and sent them back all their equipment i paid all my fees and everything else they told me i had to pay. Why after 5 years do they take money out of my accout with out my authorization?...
Now im scared that they might at any moment in time go into my bank account and take any amount they like. I like many people am not rich and work hard for my money and find it unjust that this company is still activly ripping people off and makin life harder then it is for me.
