We too have reaped the deception of this company, the harassment and personal attacks. Lease was altered and the sales person decieved my wife into signing with empty promises AND CONCEALED ADDITIONAL PAGES TO LEASE. over 60 some calls( documented) were placed to our personal residence in one month,finally forcing us to change the number.
Credit reports have been pulled 5 times within several months so as to cause damage to personal credit score. a write off has been placed on the credit bureau, and now they claim to have filed suit in New York in their attempt get a default judgement. wanting $4000 for a $400.00 machine and not even counting the thousand they already received, and it goes on and on. We have felt helpless in how to deal with them, because they prey on the smaller, whom they know do not have the resources to fight them and their deceit. We felt that ignoring them, but complaining about them, would make them go-away, but guess what they don't.
Much like my title states, IF GOOD PEOPLE DO NOTHING EVIL WINS !!!
Ever heard of the saying the squeaky wheel gets the oil? There are ways to get peoples attention about this company- BECOMING THE VERY SQUEAKY WHEEL. one is this place- RIP-OFF REPORT, the others are The FTC, YOUR STATES ATTORNEYS OR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, LOCAL NEWSPAPERS, LOCAL NEWS STATIONS, YOU ARE ONLY LIMITED TO YOUR OWN LIMITATIONS. FILE COMPLAINTS, BE CONCISE GIVE DETAILS. SPOKE TO NY COURT CLERK ON FRIDAY, WAS TOLD THAT WHEN A DATE FOR A HEARING IS GIVEN, THAT THE DEFENDENT CANNOT FILE ANY MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE. THE COURT CLERK SAID YOU ARE REQUIRED TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING IR-REGARDLESS, AND IF YOU DO NOT YOU WILL DEFAULT. NOW THE WHOLE PICTURE IS VERY CLEAR, YOU SEE EVEN THOUGH THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO DEFRAUD PEOPLE AND FILE BOGUS CASES, AND EVEN THEMSELVES ARE FACING A MAJOR CASE AGAINST THEM IN THE SAME COURT SYSTEM FOR CONSUMER FRAUD, THE COURT PROTECTS THEM. HOW IS IT THAT THE THE INNOCENT BECOME VICTIMS OF A SYSTEM THAT PROTECTS THOSE WHO DEFRAUD THEM? THE VICTIM IS EXPECTED TO ADHERE TO THE LAW 100% YET THE COMPANY NORTHERN LEASING CAN BREAK AS MANY LAWS AS THEY CHOOSE TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE, BECAUSE THE COURT SIDES WITH THEM?
