okay, were do i begin,  first of  all i am a handicapped. i have multiple sclerosis of the brain and spinal cord. when i arrived at the port of miami, there was complete kaos . l looked to see if there was any special needs parking. there was none, so the porter started freakin at me, yelling and screaming, what f**k, move you dam car and became vulgar and violent towards me. he wanted physically attack me. i told him not to stress me out, i have medical issues.i told him that i needed a wheelchari, because for some reason, there was no shuttle and i could not walk the distantce, after this man stressed me out. he continued his campaign to harras me. i said why are you giving me a hard time.. so finally, got my luggage out and proceeded to the parking lot, which was a 1/4 mile away. there were no handicapped spots available, so i had park my veichle at the top of the buiding.  so i waited 2 hours for my wheelchair and no one showed up to pick me after contacting ncl. so my stress level was at my maximum. i finally flagged a police officer to give me a ride over. i went in the terminal to look for my wheelchair that i had requested over 2 hours ago, and sure enough no one was there, so i waited over 1 hour for my wheelchair. by now , i wanted to go home. after 3 1/2 hours, i got my wheelchair and began my process of embarkation, so as we where going on the ramp to the ship, exactly when entering the ship, the scissor ramp began descending to the ground, i thought , wow , this is how my life is going to end with me and my son, falling 80 feet to the ground, because the ramp was malfunctioning and not secured properly.  so another 45 minutes pass by, and we got on the ship. as the day progressed , i wanted to explore the ship. i called for assistance, and no one ever showed up to wheelchair me.. so i had force myself in complete pain and agony and turned back, because ti was too painful.  i did notice that there where rock and roll bands everywhere, like a la la palooza and groupies smoking pot and snorting cocaine in front of my children, unblaievalbe!  so , the bands started playing at around 8pm. my room was just behind the atrium , {9113} when exclusively told booking not to put me near any nightclubs or rock bands, the loud noise effects my nervous system, i had no knowledge t of only entertainment was rock music and groupies. they had told me there where watersides, another lie. when i asked where are the watersiides, they said they took them down. what a dissapointment for my children, another lie !

all they had to offer was super loud musci, no shows or entertainment on this cruise for me and my son..  a total disaster for us.. my room was banging so loud that i could hear them scremaing and the music was like a rock concert in my toom with the subwoofer vibrating the walls and my head and floor.  so i called too see if someone would wheelchair me to the front desk. no one ever showed up. again i hobbled over to the front desk and spoke with mika. i told can you get me off this ship, she that  is not possible. when i requested luggage assistance, no one showed up the whole time i was on the cruise. no one would help, i felt like i was in a prision cell, and i became very depressed. as for the food, it was very bland and not much too choose from, it was the same thing every day. i had asked what is going on, they replied, we are understaffed, we took over a charter cruise that did not sell out, that's why the staff was so rude and stressed out in which made me stressed. i went to the bar in the atrium, i ordered drinks, it took me about 35 minutes to get my drinks, with 2 other people at the bar. i asksd, what is wrong, and he said , i don't need your money, it makes no difference to me. i have witnesses , me and my son.. as for disembark, i had reserved assistance to get me off the ship, no one showed up. me and my son , who is 8 wheeled 3 bags of luggage by himself, no one showed up to put my luggage out or get me off the ship, my son broke out in a rash because , he had to do the job of your staff , and now i have accrue medical expenses due to you staff negligence. i am so disappointed with this cruise and staff, i want a full refund , medical and pain and suffering.   with great regret going on this cruise, all the lies and horrible staff,

Okay after trying to read this "RipOff", one has to wonder how in the world you survive in daily life.

Because you keep going on how you need to be "Wheelchaired" just about everywhere and needed someone to provide assistance?  Perhaps the most outragous request is when you were on the ship and called for someone to assist you so you could "explore the ship".  Cruise ships are known for Guest Service, but even they have limits.  How come if you are this dependent on someone else, you didn't bring someone else on the ship that could assist you?

I am not even sure if you have your own Wheelchair or were relying on them to provide a Wheelchair for you.

But what else is odd, is that you keep saying how disabled you are and how difficult it is to get around.  Yet you booked what appears to be a regular Interior Cabin.  Now since you didn't mention a thing about this(and don't say that you just forgot) one has to wonder how disabled you actually are?

As for getting off of the ship, again seems like there is more.  First every cruise will take your bags off of the ship for you and leave them in the port to be picked up.  If you put your bags out according to their policy the night before your bags would have been taken off of the ship.  Oh and if you say you asked for help to do that and it never came.  Then can you please explain how your son was able to take all 3 bags off of the ship, but couldn't move them about 6 feet to put them outside of your cabin?

As for getting your money back for pain and suffering..yea good luck with that.  If they give you anything consider yourself very lucky.
