Brace yourself. This is unbeleivable. I had worked for this company on and of for about 6 years. I have worked in multiply stores and i love most of the managment and employees in the store they are good people I worked for One of there call-centers and this is where the issues started. The call center was in outragous condtions and the company stated that we would get a new one instead in a drop of a hat they laid-off 50 employees with no notice not even a 1 hour notice. They told us that there was 7 jobs open in the stores that we could apply to! only one of the higher up had the nerve to stay and face the employees ( bless his heart) his was the best H.R. person out there but regional manager took off like the coward he is! And it gets better. I think the day i gave up was the day i was writen up for having a gun held to my face and my drive assulted! THe regional manager states that it was because I did not take my 8pm deposit. Let me tell you not even a few weeks before did he let it be known that mon thur thurs there is to be no more than 1 managment in the store at in anytime! I worked in a del/co (delivory and carry-out only unit) There was one driver and myself. What was i supose to do shut the store down to run a deposit!? i would have been fired on the spot! The stores donot have the equiptment that they need and what they have breaks down there are no mantanice men to call you have to call outside companys to fix it and then here about from the hirer ups later. This company needs a wake up bad!
