NSS MAGAZINE SUBSCRPT - EW Ripoff magazines STAMFORD, Connecticut

A few years ago I was offered this magazine at a very discounted rate.  I usually take magazines for one year only.  If it happens to be something I am absolutely interested in I might continue it.

While this was a very interesting and informative magazine, one year was all I needed.  I cancelled it.

Last year I was billed for this magazine in the amount of $35 and I disputed it.  My credit card refunded the amount of money.  I was able to get in touch with the magazine company (auto reponse only) and, after going through 3 or 4 "offers" I was able to finally cancel.  However, they refunded $29.75 instead of the $35 they charged.

Lo and behold, I just checked my credit card before I paid it and there it was again.  So I once again disputed the charge; the credit card will refund my money and I was able to, AGAIN, get in touch with the company and cancel the subscription.  Again, I had to go through the 4 "offers" before they cancelled...and again, will refund $29.75 instead of the $35.

I will be writing them a letter.  This is a rip off and you need to be careful when you cancel this.  Keep the phone number and the confirmation number.  They really need to be stopped.
