A credit card I haven't used almost two years was refered to a collection agency for magazine charges for magazines I never received. I moved from the address they were supposedly sent to in August of 2001. The Charges appeared in January of 2002. I've tried to contact the Magazine Service Center, but every number they have (and there are many) leads to an automated voice and with no option given to talk to a real person.
