But I digress, When you call the magic "voice response system" number listed on the bill, SAY NOTHING AT ALL TO THE QUESTIONS ! After 6 or seven questions it gets confused and drops you to a poor unfortunate live soul making $5.15/hr. Can you possibly imagine being the person being paid (barely) to field all the complaint calls for this pond-scum company. I wonder if they have had ANYONE celebrate their 1 year anniversary at this job.
