NSS Magazines charged me for magazines I didn't order Connecticut

After cancelling a magazine over a year ago, I rec'd a billing for 3 subscriptions for the same magazine! I cancelled via telephone, but can never talk to a live person. I recently rec'd more charges from this company and when calling the company, they claim (via automated voice) that they never charged me for these magazines. However, I have a bill to my credit card stating these charges. According to my cc company I can not set up my acct. so that they can not charge me, I can only dispute it everytime they do it. This is most annoying and everytime you call it is at least 20 minutes of annoying automated voices trying to convince you to keep the magazines OR telling you they never charged you...This is a ripoff!
