On April 26, my debit card was charged for 3 magazines which I did not order or recieve. I called that day and had the charges refunded. However, in the meantime, I had two checks returned because of the unauthorized charges - resulting in $54 in overdraft fees.

The actual unauthorized charges were refunded in 2 days. However, it has taken until today (June 6) to get the overdraft charges reimbursed.

1(800)799-9939. The names of two easy to work with managers are Terri and Heather. If Victor answers the phone, ask for someone else. He is not only belligerant but completely without authority. After a go-round with Victor on May 16, Terri immediately called me back and started straightening things out.
