I have been dealing with this company for over a year now. This is what has hapened. I was online one night at a website that i know well. I got a free trial for three magazines. I went ahead and got them. on the form that i filled out it said my credit card would not be charged and they would send me a renewal in the mail when my year was up.I didn't find out my year was up until i had three charges on my card for $27.00 a piece. I called them and cancelled immediatly. my account was credited. then three months after this i have two more charges on my card for two magazines that i never ordered. i did the same thing called, cancelled and my account was credited.i had to fight with my credit card company to remove some charges from my account because the two magazines had caused me to go over my limit. now i find out today that i have three more charges on my card. all magazines. I have notified my credit card company of what is going on and they are sending me a complaint form and a grievance form. I am not going to go through this every couple of months. i suggest to everyone talk to your bank or credit card company and file complaints with this company. as much as i have read it seems they do this alot. maybe if enough people file complaints they will shut down or at least quit.

I worked for the company new sub services for over a year before I went away to college. You do realize that when you finally do get through the automated system you are generally talking to highschool and college kids working afterschool jobs, so take it easy on them.(by the way if you want to get through it immediately, just press 0 on your phone.)They deal with every problem you could possibly have 150 times a day, so there is no need to get exasperated.

For the most part they are trying to help and are better able to do so if you remain calm. There is no reason that you cannot get a refund of EVERYTHING you are entitled to.

Keep in mind, what NNS does IS legal, even if it is only barely. They have to refund everything for you if you had "ordered" it within five months. Remember, this does include leaving a box checked when ordering something online. And for god's sake...if you start getting a magazine for "no reason" there is actually a reason for it. Find out where it is from.
