NSS Magazines ripoff - For two years they've charged for magazines I've never received. Nationwide Internet

This year I received another statement from them on my credit card. This time they charged $17.94 for Stuff and $19.97 for Entrepreneur.
Last year I filed a report with my bank, because I live in Mexico and NEVER got any magazines. After doing some research, my bank give gave up and I never got my money back.
This time, I'm here trying to get some help, because I don't want this company stealing my money forever. I tried to call to the 800 numbers provided, but all I have is a "no service" message.
Hope to find some help and my money back.
