I had been doing business at this location for some time but, when I went there to get some lower arm control bushings replaced on my car for the rear,I feel as if they really took advantage of me ,I was quoted one price and after me car was taken into its stall and lifted and taken apart, the service manager came to me in the customer waiting area ,and told me the parts I brought was for the front and not the rear,when I knew the part were correct, the first price quote for 400 I was fine with that ,but when I was told I would be charged more for the correct part,I started to get pissed then,so instead of 400 and my car already taken apart the final quote I was given was 641.00. My temp. went to boiling. Location NTB 290/Hollister
