Zipcash charged me as well. Duplicates.
I bring this to their attention. They tell me their equipment didn't recognize my car. I show them the toll history where I already paid for the tolls. They charge my credit card, the one attached to my toll tag, the Zip Cash amount!!
Now I have paid for the tolls twice. They charged me the exorbitant ZipCash fees. Obviously had no trouble finding my tolltag account to charge to that credit card. I bring this all to their attention, no response.
What an absolute ripoff. No wonder people don't pay their tolls.
