For seventeen months i wrote them ea. month about trying to get their attention to Re-Funance as Per: Finance Mgr.@ Plase of purchase=Port Jervis Auto Mall,P.J. New York Nuvell never wrote me any letter of my request, but Started their calling Two+ times-A-Day, RE:Thirty-Two+=81/2 caller=I.D. calls with numerous phone numbers Includeing Fictious-800-numbers of=800-000-0009=800-000-0005 etc. i Filed with the BBB-of-New York only a-collection-of-information WITH NO POWERS-OF-ARREST OR COURT..GMC WAS ALSO NOTIFIED OF THEIR Satillate Company=Nuvell[No-No-action by them either] 10/04/22td. I sometimes had to turn-my-phone OFF when calls came after 9PMEST.Recently i had chest pains & severe pain in my right arm [Twice] Recieved Notice that they would report this action on my credit-report but lo&behold on [10/04/12 ]@ 11:PM when all are asleep they came upon my property and without any notifiction {tresspas] removed said car and took it to Manheim Pennsylvania for auction on April,28,2010=private sale. WOW this co. has enough complaints to require a senate investigation,But I doubt-it=======
