To Whom I pray it concerns,

My experience with harry Kuehn was just one of many that others have had the same experience & I plan on sending more people like me your way & having them share their experiences on YOUTUBE.

I had one visit with Mr. Kuehn in Pahrump Jail. Right from the get go, Harry called me: "A homeless piece of sh*t. I don't give a f*ck about you or your f*cking case; I don't get f*cking paid enough to give a sh*t! You can rot in jail for all I care. I have better things to do; like go home get drunk & have dinner." and then he left; never to be seen till trial. I sent him a formal letter of dismissal, but that did not deter him from going into curt & throwing me off to the hyenas. I have video of me requesting I fire him & be allowed to fire a real attorney, yet I was declined that right.

Harry talks like this to most of the poor he "defends". Like a brain damaged 21 year old I met in Tonopah who was injured at the age of 4 in a car accident. He & his father were RUN OUT OF HIS OFFICE ...HARRY: "GET OUT OF MY OFFICE YOU F*CKING RETARD AND DON'T EVER COME BACK YOU STUPID MOTHERF*CKERS!" I'll send his father your way after the video of these two poor souls share their story on YOUTUBE.

But for now, I want to file a formal complaint vs this demonic hyena that has no right to "Defend" the poor PUBLICALLY. I was a9 Time Deans List, National honors; 3.5-3.8 GPA Lambda Pi Eta student till toxic mold, lyme, a root canal left 25 years with packing cotton, mercury exposure, etc. ruined my DREAM of defending the kind of people Harry detests & incideously lambastes with malice; prejudgementally & without cause.

His demeanor is legendary in Pahrump. This is old news to many. He's so intimidating that he get's away with it. I'm also filing charges with the US District Court just in case he intimidates your establishment. This has gone on long enough & when I became aware of him lambasting a brain damaged, mentally challenged, painfully disabled 21 year old youngster; I took the metaphorical gloves off & it's my personal goal to hold him accountable.

On 1-1-2012 I broke up with my mentally ill GF, Silvia Castillo because her erratic behavior, endless delusional rambling, agitational harassment, mood swings, hidden drug use & infidelity (she gave me STDs) became more than a person such as I with disabilities (www.blackmold-casefiles.blogspot.com = my medical records) could tolerate. She was sucking the life out of me. He response to me asking her to pack her things & be gone by morning was to shriek at me, grab my hair, rip it out, trip me to the ground, hop on my chest, slam my head into the rock laden ground, choke me, hit me, etc. I was in fear of my life. The strength she exuded was most likely blind, jealous rage mixed with hidden METH use to which I believe Joey Fenton had a part in supplying.

I begged Silvia Castillo to stop hurting me; that she was scaring me yet she only laughed. I pleaded with her 7-9 times to stop or I was going to have to fight back because I was in fear of my life from he choking me This was often the way my father used to beat me & it scared me as much now as it did then. I struck her with my hand & each time she only laughed. I believe the Meth & rage had her feeling no pain. She called me a b***h, said comments like is that all you got you p***y, etc.; all as she choked me, ripped my hair out & banged my head into the ground more. My hand struck her in the face in an awkward way which damaged my pinky finger & that entire part of my hand below it to the point of inoperability. Only having only hand left to attempt to stop her from choking me to death, etc. I reached for a small rock & hit her with it 4-5 times & asked he again to please stop & get off me. She finally conceded .

I ran to my teardrop camper to try to call 911, but she followed me attempting to enter & kiss me / ask for makeup sex!! I told her to leave at once She requested her purse which was not in the teardrop. I gave her my keys to locate them. 15 minutes went by & I could hear her talking which was normal for her to talk to herself. Being anxious to have her leave I entered my school bus which she was in to ask her why she was still there. Silvia had called 911 & tossed the phone at me & came at my with the 9 meat cutting knife she had used for preparing dinner earlier. I karate style kicked her in the face to stun her & a struggle ensued for the knife which took us to the end of the bus to which she dropped the knife & I pushed her off the bus. She fell awkwardly & hit her head again, yet hopped up appearing to look for the knife again, to which I ran like hell to my thieving meth addict across from me, Joey Fentons. He let me in I explained she had a knife, etc. & we locked the door till the medics & Sheriffs came.

I told the medics I was hurt, but get to Silvia first. I was denied medical attention on the scene & in jail for head, hand, & back injuries. Instead of Officer Mendoza allowing me to SHOW them where the knife might be (as she had PLENTY of time to hide it), they did not find it, nor did they allow me to SECURE MY AREA. Mendoza arrested me & gave my property keys to my attacker to which Silvia Castillo, Joey & Michelle Fenton pawned off much of my possessions while I was rotting in jail for defending myself.

I was never read my rights, denied my Dr. advised medical diet, the right to put money on my books for my phone to call a lawyer, etc. I was finally ORed 1-12-2012 yet it was a short lived victory when I found out my camp was destroyed, looted, etc. by the very people I trusted to keep an eye on it. Silvia began staling me by the 15th. She thought admitting on video as to what actually occurred (that I was defending myself against her assaults) was going to magically erase my distrust for her; a judges order that I had to be away from her, etc. After she confessed, I re-iterated she was going to get me tossed in jail if she did not leave me alone. I knew she would not listen, so I filled out a Restraining Order which was approved by 1-19-2012 to which she violated it twice the Sheriffs can prove in less than one week by popping by to leave erratic threats in the form of notes on my SUV & carrying out those threats the early am of 2-3-2012 by assaulting me.

The DA caught wind of the video confessions (www.castillo confessions.blogspot.com) & held me in contempt of court to which I was re-arrested & jailed the evening of 2-3-2012 on trumped up false pretences. How was I to blame for her coming un announced to my residence to admit her guilt? I was refused medical for an STD that left my p***s bloody raw, burning urination, & puss spitting out of it for a moth till my 12th grievance & threats of the ACLU, etc. convinced them to quit torturing me with refusal of help even though I had medical & money to afford help. I was also refused the right to put money on the jail phones & commissary to prevent me from hiring a real lawyer. Harry Kuehn came to visit for a two minute f-bomb laden lambasting rant about how he could give a flying f*ck about homeless pieces of sh*t like me or my f*cking case because hes not getting paid enough to, etc. & left NEVER to return or discuss my case again. I fired him via legal letter, yet he either ignored it or once again SGT Rising was tampering with my mail (which also occurred in Tonopah jail). With my legal mail being withheld, tampered with, being denied the right to call real attorneys & being refused the right to fire the evil hearted Harry, I had no chance for a fair trial & was convicted of domestic batter by the testimony of a raving lunatic, etc.

I was also exposed the entire stint to toxic mold, to which I am sensitive to; fed milk products in Tonopah against a Dr.s order. I got so depressed I starved myself for nearly ten days worth of meals, hoping to die rather than be tortured with burning puss filled urination, mold exposure, no hope for a real defense attorney, inadequate amounts & quality (given my health issues) of food; illegal strip searching in Tonopah, the withholding of evidence that could have proved my self defense case. Furthermore, how can a mental case be allowed to testify? How can an Officer be allowed to hand over my property keys to my attacker while I'm in jail? How can I be denied the right to contact outside counsel??

Also; in Tonopah there was a "Shake Down" of D-Pod in which we were all put in a room while they searched through the pod. We were all told if we so much as moved or stood up, we would be put in the hole or worse. All of us nearly pissed ourselves to the guards delight during this 3 + hour round of torture. I have medical issues. I needed to pee. An old man got up because he had to pee & was put on lock down just for buzzing to use the rest room!!

My legal mail was tampered with. I was also being denied by certain shift supervisors the right to Indigent Legal Mail Envelopes; I was denied the right to put $$ on my phone so I could hire an attorney; Harry Kuehn is an evil man & how I was not allowed to fire him & get a real lawyer is down right illegal..." ; "pahrumplaw@hotmail.com" ; "pahrumpsky@aol.com" ; "pvmirror@air-internet.com"
