NYS child support Florida Child support they are taking all my income when I don`t owe any rears they took 3,184 my wife taxes refund and they don`t want to returnet Occala FL and Albany New York Nationwide

the Dept of Nys child support has being taking my wages and tax refund with out me owe any rears I always pay my child support on time and they just took my wife tax refund 3,184 for over 11 weeks we proof that I don`t owe any money and still keeping our money,we call and we get excuses they said we will fix all this problem but still no money back plus,I told them they can keep the tax refund

so I ll be paid of for untill 2015 they said I have to keep sending my 60.00 dollars a week because florida child support haven`t put the tax refund check in the account on my name so they are making interest on my money and keeping my family with out necesitys do to there iresponsability or lack of honesty to the American people there best interes is to the money not the child all they do is Illegal.we most closed that egency asap.
