I have been trying to contact this company for months to change my address for the magazines, BUT then I noticed they were charging my credit card an extra $19.95 that was NOT authorized to be charged.

The first time I called, I had to leave a message because they are open from 9am - 9pm and it was 5pm??!! Was not sure why no one had answered my call. I left a message and called back to see if I could speak to a live person. NOPE. The little message said "there are 4 calls ahead of you" then when the message finally said "your call will be answered next" it hung up on me. This is when I realized this company could not be real at all. Especially if a company does NOT have a website in the 21st Century. HELLO?

Finally when I talked to someone recently for my husband, she told me he agreed to the "contract" in January. I asked her to send us a copy of the "contract" recording or a piece of paper stating he "agreed" with the "contract". She told me that she was unable to discuss this any further unless she had my husbands permission. UM OK, he is in the military and fighting for our country, let me get a hold of him for Nadine Media USA right away.

The woman I spoke with said the only way I could get out of the "contract" is if I pay the full $899.10 that is owed on the account for the next 5 years! We haven't even been receiving the magazines because I called to change our address and they didn't answer the phone. I explained that I haven't been receiving the magazines and she wanted to update our address, I said NO because I don't want the magazines any more. The woman told me I will still be receiving the magazines because my husband agreed to the "contract" and our "contract" is not subject to cancelling for another 5 years.

This all came about because when I tried to contact the company in the first place to update the address and they didn't reply to my phone calls, I CANCELLED the credit card this was attached to so they wouldn't be able to rip me off any more. Now they want me to update my information so they can charge the card. NO WAY!!!

The woman threatened to send us to the collection agency and they would contact me to pay them. Sorry honey, you are not getting any more free money out of us!
