Nadn Ripoff sold wed site for illegal tax deductions Las Vegas Nevada

On or about Jan. 5th. 2000, we recieved a call from a representitve from NADN selling tax preperation assistance. For the tax set up and preperation of our taxes for the next two years was around nine hundred dollars. We bought the package and begin to send our tax information to NADN. We were then called again by another representive suggesting that for a larger tax return we should purchase a website. The website was sold by the oryan company and was called shopn2ooo. It was to be used by the visually impaired for shopping online. The cost was 10,475.00. We were told that because this was used for the disabled, that it would be direct deduction and therefore we would then recieve about another $1,000 on our return and that this would continue as long as the wedsite was active. We purchased the website.

NADN then begin to prepare our 2000 tax return using the website as one of our deductions. Our tax information was in the hands of NADN by the first of Feb. so we expected a return by march 1st. This was not the case. We did not recieve our return for finale inspection untill after july 1st. and then had to have redone by our own accountant. We then called NADN and told that the servive was non-exceptable and that we would like a refund. Of course we were denied. WE didnot persure the issue any further and wrote it off as a lesson learned. five years later we recieved a letter from the IRS explaining that the websited was in fact an illegal deduction and the we owed another $900.00 in taxes for this deduction that had been used. At this point both NADN and the Mallforall/ShopN2000 website had gone under leaving us with no finacial recourse. Although I believe that the Oryan company may still be around. In the course of this deal with NADN and Oryan it has cost us around $12,000 and now we still owe the IRS $900 for an illegal deduction of this fony website sold by NADN.
