I paid for 1 flask Liquid Mercury for $488 CIF Air cargo delivery to Papua New Guinea. This supplier is collaborating with Euro Worldwide Shippers to charge extra shipping fees. They further ask me 600USD for customs clearance and insurance so I sent the money by Western Union. So far I paid USD$1,088. Now they are asking me again for another $1200USD for customs clearance and shipping fees.
It is my 1st time to encounter this type of transaction by a Malaysian company. Have you ever experience this type of situation in the past? Can you confirm if you knew Euro Worldwide Shippers is real or fake shipping company?
They are refusing to provide full shipping documents and air freight consignments after I paid for the goods.
I am a confused and so worried that will I ever get my goods.
May you help advise on how to report this Fraud companies & Cyber Crime activities to E-commerce Authorities?
