As in a few reports on this site i have looked into, a lot of mistruths have been uncovered simply by contacting outside sources,not easy but in this case i have had some success. All main people involved i do not know & have no desire to meet.Through emails to Harris i have been able to contact companys in the industry who have confirmed his honesty & integrity.Harris does not use others ''IP ASSETS PRODUCTS '' & in R&D with these companys, has produced all hardware-software etc.

Said companys can confirm, in writing, all of this & all are none too happy with Bents/Brownes accuzations about Harris. Not one company contacted has ever heard of Tim Browne & in fact believe that Bent is in fact Tim Browne.Harris has & is contactable where Tim Browne is not.Naked Eye 3D Website shows & tells nothing about products-software,has no cell-phone numbers, no business address & i believe is only up as a site to discredit Harris.Check search on Bent shows he was detained for a time in a detention centre for being an illegal in the United States & was formerly living in Beverly Hills.

A Sylvie Gourley shows as a spouse or former spouse,this is not quite clear along with a daughter whose name i wont, thru respect mention.Harris Company has patents on their hardware-software & their products have been confirmed to be in the market place with all locations given. Their is no knowledge of any Naked Eye 3D products anywhere & as stated, Tim Browne has NEVER been heard of in the 3D industry. Bents name in the industry does not have any respect & their is a record of problems with every company he has worked with, others words confirmed, not mine.

Tim Browne/Bent is the person that commenced this thread, showing poor business judgement & last few words from them show a full deliberate slander with nothing to back up statements.Statements on their Website, i believe are full slander & have a good case for any Attorney. If Tim Browne does exist, show proof, if Naked Eye does have products-services, show proof. If Harris is using their IP or representing themselves as others brandname-trademark, show proof.If what Bent/Browne say about Naked Eye 3d international is true, why then savage Harris Digital on website as well??? I am finished with this piece & will move on to another.

Have been following this thread & decided to do some homework.The Website of naked eye 3d i thought i would get on & ask Tim Browne or Brad Bent [ i am a bit confused as to who is who as that LLC. Company is registered to Brad Bent] a few questions. Every time i place my email address in , a note says invalid email address. Also a Whois search on the registered owner of the Naked Eye 3D Website reveals owners name cannot be divulged.The inability to email the Naked Eye people & owners name is witheld along with what is stated on there about Harris Digital & Naked Eye 3D International,+ no contact phone number. would make anyone wonder about Browns or Bents intentions. A search on Tim Browne or Brown also reveals nothing, possibly because Browne & Bent are the same person?????. An email to the Harris Digital contact received a swift reply from them as well as they have full contact details, phone & cell. Their reply was that the Website slander was in the hands of an Attorney being that they have had enough of Bent/Browne & no matter what name they traded under, it would appear on Bents/Brownes Naked Eye siteA search on the Harris Digital  registration of business names showed Harris as the Director & Website Whois search also showed Harris.Following this, i emailed 2 other 3D Companies regards Bent/Browne/Harris & received 1 reply which revealed they do not deal with Bent & they have heard of Harris through suppliers to the industryThey had never heard of Tim Brown/Browne.One Boston supplier did not have good things to say about Bent & said Harris was an ok guy. Tim Brownes fiery attacks on this site against Harris seems to be a bit over the top & really, for a business person to even go on the Ripoff site & start all this shows poor judgement from Mr. Browne./Bent. Tim will possibly accuse me of being Harris.Either way i could not care but have have filled in some time.I will keep digging for info on other statements here including software ownership/Bents citizenship & any convictions to do with children.

The only thing true that Charles says, is that he is hiding behind a computer saying any BS he wants.  If you really are a company that proudly works with Harris, then who are you? List your company here, and be proud.  Sell some real screens. Stop hiding.  But you won't, because you are Harris, and no wants to work with you. If you really are charles, then what company are you that is so happy with Harris. If he is working with you as good as you say, then Harris should be screaming your company name from the rooftops.
Honesty is here... My name is Tim Browne, (although I bet this has been censored) and am part of the largest group of 3D inventors in glasses and no glasses technologies around the world. We can prove everything you said is false, cuz much of it is public record.  Mr. Bent won his case and an award, it is on public record you liar. Just contact us at nakedeye3d.com for the truth. By the way, nakedeye3d.com Harris tried to steal, but since we were the true owners from 2005, we had the domain returned to us, even as he fraudulently tried to represent himself as us. Since he lost that battle too, he had to change his name so he would not be sued anymore.  There is email contact info at nakedeye3d.com, but as they will not allow posting it here on this site, just go there. Contact us and get the truth.  No hiding behind computers dude.

Trouble is with comments made on this site about Bent'Lane,Harris, is that a persons character can be attacked with lies & misconceptions. Bent has certainly upset quite a few people including Magnetic 3D who took him to court over a similar matter that Harris parted ways with him over-dishonesty.Lane i know little about other than previous reports. Harris,has developed his own software,lenses & content creation through a Company in Atlanta, who are also part of Harris's company.Harris from all reports within the 3d industry, is an honest businessman with a product that stands alone from the rest of the industry. It does not rely on others software to play or create content & displays are available in portrait mode.My Company has been dealing with Harris & we have investigated him as any purchaser would. I would imagine,like so many other reports,individuals can sit behind a computer & say anything they like,regardless of others good name or position in a specific industry.Sometimes just picking up a cell phone can seperate truth from fiction.Ex employees can generate trouble for companys & i would advise on ignoring the previous statements about Harris.

Absolute humour i would agree & all highly entertaining fiction. It would seem that Harris is on the receiving end of a campaign to discredit him no matter what.Alex would appear to be a director of newly formed company Unique 3d Displays, a company made up of ex 3d Company employees that leached into the 3d World via others hard work.Common sence would have Alex remove his posts on Harris immediate before 75,000 truths are exposed about him. Harris has a successfull business & has never ripped anyone off. It is unacceptable rubbish written about him & i would hope this is the end of this childish rubbish, that can be written by the cowards that hide behind computers.

I was most amused to read the comments in this report.  I have done some investigation into the integrity of the products of which Harris claims to be the inventor.  He is certainly not that, and whether he has stolen the IP or not I don't know.  I just know that it is not his, it is obviously someone elses creation etc. but he is claiming it as his own, and that noone else has anything as good in the world etc etc.  All rubbish, and word is he is trying to sell the IP - claiming it as his own, and his own creation.

He has now yet again started under another trading name, and word is he has left a trail of people owed a lot of money.  Even his best mates have been ripped off for hundreds of thousands of dollars.  It would appear that nothing is sacred with this man.  It also appears that he is yet to generate any sales.

Only advice - do not deal with this man or his company. - whatever the next name that may be.

Anyone can post whatever they want on a website like this, and Mr. Harris , and Mr Lane have just done so using fake names. My name is Tim B, which is my real name, not a fake name like Mr. Harris and Mr. Lane have forged on here in order to rebut with their made up nonsense. I speak not from opinion, but from obvious fact by knowing the players here, some for quite sometime.  I made this report after visiting with them at their booth at the DSE just recently.  All they could talk about at the booth was Brad Bent, and the nonsense they made up about him. We found this quite unprofessional, and they spoke more about him rather than discussing a quality product. They had some amateur booth set up that looked like a flea market set up, located in the smallest booth in the whole building. Something unworthy of a Hi Tech idea. This is the same as their website, which looks equally unimpressive.

The 3D concept displayed in their booth was evaluated by many professional colleagues, and it was determined by all of us that this was stolen technology which most likely was from Mr. Bent or Simtech3D. Mr. Bent had presented to us privately, and his presentation was quite professional, and impressive. When asked if Mr. Harris could produce in quantity, he gave us some story, which we checked, and further discovered that they are not the owner of the technology or in the direct ability to create the units. It seems they are just a middleman for a some other producer(s). Their content and compression system had obvious issues and problems. Having been in the digital signage business for years, I can tell you that the system is a toy. The content was very amateur, very blurry, and displayed a couple logos I am sure without license or permission. This goes to their characters in the way that they wrongly feel they just can do what ever they want without permission or license. In the booth, we commented to them that we could not center ourselves in a comfortable viewing area and found that to see the 3D, we needed to move around constantly. This seems to be a problem of the content, not the technology that they stole. They had no explanation to this. We found them, and their staff, especially the girl there very amateur and unknowledgeable about the technology. I would be very surprised if they received any followup to their presence at this show. They just don't seem reliable, or cognizant of how this business operates, and anyone can see their business address magnified on google map is not a factory or an office, but rather an open field.

Rather than responding, or even reading any further to their absolute nonsense which also attacks Mr. Bents personal and professional character (which knowing him for years professionally and personally is pristine.. he is the pioneer of this...), we urge any readers of this post (which I expect is not that many) to contact Simtech3D in Australia, and get the real story. Simtech is very well known, reputable company with large customers as Aristrocrat, Bally's, and Aruze. As we understand thru the US licensee (unnamed), Simtech funded the R&D, not Naked Eye 3D "International" not Harris, and not Lane.

Naked Eye 3D "International" (the new company) is a subsequent counterfeit company that Harris/Lane just admitted to creating in response to having a fallout with Simtech. I think the ASIC will find they also did so to avoid the original company's debt and responsibility that Mr. Harris would have had if he had remained with the first company,....which he did not. The ASIC info is public information, and you can look this up for your selves that there is 2 separate companies. Also note that they still refer to their new company as just Naked Eye 3D (leaving out the "International"). Very deceitful.

In Summary, I will not respond any further, and repeat my urge to any readers to contact Simtech3D for the truth. Do your homework.You may also seek Randall McCoy of Regenicin, a publicly traded company who will share a shocking story of Mr Harris embezzling over a hundred thousand dollars, not producing a 3D screen in over 2 years, and trading shares for personal gain.We thank Harris/Lane for publicly admitting their fraudulence of starting the second company while the first company was in debt to their investors. The ASIC will receive this info promptly.

Naked Eye is a company that was started by businessman Ken Harris. The company was changed to Naked Eye 3d International when 3d con boy Brad Bent or as he is known by authorities in Canada Brad Bent Gourley, who worked for NE3D was found to be frauding the company as he has done to many companys over the years including Magnetic 3d. Bent in fraud with a company called Simtech, tried to take all that NE3D had developed & leave Harris, who had developed each facet, with nothing. Bent & Simtech are currently under investigation for fraud & assault in Nevada. Harris & CFO John Lane have an impeccable name in the business world & currently use new I.P. developed since Bent was dismissed. Bent is an illegal in America who spent time in a detention centre then paid an American woman to marry him so he could seek citizanship. Marriage finished when wife caught Bent with young boy in bedroom. NE3D Int. operates from a lavishly landscaped property with ajoining horse meadows. NE3D products are all fully developed by there staff of 6 & Simtech or Slimetech as they are known, are no longer their distributors. This information is 100% accurate & i would warn everyone to keep clear of John Curtis of Slimetech & bent Brad Bent, particually if you have a young son.

The statements made here are obviously by an ex-employee - Mr Brad Bent (AKA Brad Gourley or Brad Gourley-Bent), an illegal immigrant to the USA and self proclaimed "world expert and leader in the 3d industry".  Brad was employed by Naked Eye to develop 3d products for Naked Eye.  Naked eye not only paid him $10k per month, they paid all costs to develop a lens for their 3D products.  In October 2010, Brad Bent did an underhanded "back door" deal with John Curtis of Simtech Creations, to use the lens created and funded by Naked Eye.  John Curtis was at the time the distributor to Australia for Naked Eye 3D products.
The original company had two partners (both Australian - one of which was Kenn Harris) and did not include Brad Bent - "the worlds foremost expert"  He was an employee. 
Kenn Harris is a director of both Naked Eye 3D and Naked Eye 3D international.  It is not the same company, but the same owner.
There is no investigation by ASIC, and the body in Australia for this is ACCC, not ASIC.
The theft claim is by John Curtis / Simtech Creations, claims to own 2 Naked Eye screens that he has not paid for.  However, Brad Bent may well have sold Naked Eye products - to Simtech - without the approval of Naked Eye. 
Since parting ways with Brad Bent, Naked Eye have developed improved lenses, their own player software, 3D rendering software.....none of which existed when Brad Bent was an employee of the company.  Naked Eye have only used newly developed products, and none of those products involve anything developed by Brad Bent.
Brad Bent has done an underhanded deal with John Curtis of Simtech Creations, claiming to own the Lens and products developed and funded by Naked Eye, and if Brad Bent or John Curtis are using the lens created and funded by Naked Eye, without the approval of Naked Eye, they are the ones needing investigation.  It is probable that Brad Bent has defrauded John Curtis/Simtech Creations.
Simtech has no legitimate licence to the NE3D products.
There is currently a criminal investigation in USA into the actions of both Brad Bent and John Curtis.  There are $10s of thousands of $$$$ unaccounted for to Naked Eye by Brad Bent
