Nalita has changed the spelling of her name, because so many people have posted. SAME person, still sending to her low life accomplice jack Scott. Green Pak is the only way for her to get $, western union & moneygram won't take payments to jack Scott anymore. I hope she is starving for $ for stealing from so many people. CIC consulting is her new sham company.

Summer is obviously Nalita, no one who ever had contact with her was actually helped.

My response to this complaint from Diana is #1 , you shouldn't slander peoples names on the worldwide internet. This young lady was on a contractual agreement for Consulting services. I don't know where she got the idea that she paid for a loan. The agreements were clear and stated specifically no guarantees, and that I am not a lender. So she's right you don't pay for a loan and she didn't pay me for a loan. That doesn't even make any sense. Concerning Ms Diffabio in FL. My attorney went to her office in person about this matter and they didn't have any solid proof or facts, I was discriminated against and conspired against by that organization, as well as slandered. That is why my attorney put a halt to all of that when he visited them in person. And that case has been closed since May 2003.

But I can assure everyone that I don't scam people! All of my services will always be spelled out in contractual agreements. Even carleton sheets has a ton of complaints on this site from people who didn't get their way. I have the guy's course and it's done wonders for me.

I totally disagree Nalita Scott has helped me in alot of ways. She made it clear that she's just a consultant and offered a variety of services. One of them was a loan consulting service, she's not a lender. Her contracts are very clear a concise, a two year old can understand them.

I was in a tremendous debt situation. She helped me to settle and reduce my debt. She also helped me to form a business DBA.

And yes through her knowlege of the loan consulting industry, I took her advice and I was able to get a small loan. So I give her the compliment she deserves.

I have been here in your place but lost more then 8,000 dollars from dealing with Nalita. To all please know this no one can ever help you if you pay money for a loan. You should not ever pay for a loan as this is not the right way of doing business. I have talked with a woman named Mary Defabio I believe that is how you spell her name at the Department of Banking and Finance of Florida and there are others out there like you. So please do not fall into her scams as this is how she makes a living by scaming others. I finally broke down and went to family and they helped me understand finances and what is good and what is bad. NEVER PAY FOR A LOAN IT IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY.

Kimberly, I am terribly sorry as this should stop. Please if you are young or even older please stay away from her. She can ruin your life. I just got lucky with family to help me out of my bind. But it is better to pay higher interest rates on cards to get your credit back online then to pay this women. It took me about 9 months to get back on track and now I have never been happier since this lady is out of my life. It is better that you lost only that amount but please do not give her any more money. She might make you feel bad but do not fall into her trap. IT IS NO GOOD.

I am also thinking about talking to my lawyer about this tomorrow as I just haven't totally forgotten about it as I felt so violated. It is the worst feeling ever. But it has been 5 years since I last talked to her after I talked to Mary Deffabio. She told me to stay away from her. So I did and my family did. Just talking to the right people. Talk to real organizations about these things before you ever pay for a loan or people to help you find a loan. The only loan you ever pay for is closing costs and that is on a home not a personal loan. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS E-MAIL.

It's taken me years to respond to this report. But however I'm strong in integrity and charachter. Unfortunately I went into a business agreement with a client who got upset with me and could not get her way. She was in a tight financial situation and wanted a loan. I signed her up for Financial Consulting services, there was a detailed business contractual agreement that both of us signed. Every service that she was receiving was broken down verbatim in this contract that she and I signed.

Any business consultant gets paid on an hourly rate or retainer basis for their hours, time, work, and information. The client was not guaranteed a loan in any way shape or form. That was very clearly stated in her contractual agreement, That I was not a bank or Financial Institution and could not guarantee any tye of financing. All I provided was information and reccomendations. And in this instance the client refused to take my recommendations as her business consultant.

People complaining and posting information that is false because they don't get their way is wrong. Their ought to be some laws made against this type of thing. This could damage good people & their reputations.
