Nancy posted this herself! I have all the evidence to prove every statement in the initial rip-off report. Call the Inspector General's office they will tell you what is currently being conducted. Back to jail for life soon.

Hello, this is Nancy C. Murphy.  After many years, Ms. Weiss is not happy with a long ago custody decision. In her Court proceedings a Judge made the decision, not the attorneys.  She has had attorneys.  Julia Weiss has unfortunately blamed me or others for matters that are out of any attorney's control. The Court matter speaks for itself in the public court file.  I feel it is inappropriate for any lawyer to respond directly and publicly engage with someone who was not even a client of hers, let alone a client.  I would be happy to sit down with Ms. Weiss at any time with a Court reporter to address any factual allegations she has against me rather than a one sided unsubstantiated rant on the internet.  I am replying because everything she states in inaccurate including the GAL and Judge Lopez remark.  Regarding the Judge Lopez matter, the Appellate Court found that Judge Lopez was wrong and overturned his orders. Ms. Weiss reports that situation inaccurately.  She has been before the Judge in her matter many times and the record is accurate.   I have worked on hundreds if not thousands of cases as a child representative, a GAL, an attorney, a mediator, a collaborative attorney, a pro bono attorney and whatever I or anyone that has worked in my firm has been appointed on or hired in has worked in an ethical and honest manner in the best interest of our client and the children and to the best of our or their ability.  Further, the rate Ms. Weiss states I charge is far above my rate.  Her remarks are incredible and inaccurate.  The Office of The Inspector General has never contacted me other than to do work together with them in a case or two.  Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
