Nancy House /Jeffrey House husband? Put ad on puppyfind selling a maltese puppy. I was interested because it was listed in my area.Nancy wanted 300. for the puppyand 150. for shipping.Said it was a personal pet and was not trying to make money. Then told me she moved to Dalhart Texas.We agreed I would send half now and the rest after puppy arrives. Needless to say she wanted more money. I called husband Jeffery who speaks with an accent and hard to undrstand. I could never speak with Nancy only email or text. I asked what airline were they using and she said Delta. Called Delta they don'fly out of Dalhart. I refused to send more money and told Nancy to send puppy and I would pay the extra expense .Of course that would not due. Nancy said she would reimburse me on mar Dalhart Texas

I responded to ad on Puppyfind from Nancy House for a Maltese puppy. She was asking 300.for puppy and 150. For shipping. We agreed I would send 250. And the rest after I received the puppy. I sent 250.and then was told via text to call husband Jeffrey. Jeffery was hard to understand as he spoke with a middle eastern accent. I became very concerned and asked what airlines she was using because Nancy said it cost more and that's why she needed more money. I called Delta and found out that Delta does not fly out of Dalhart  Tx. I refused to send more money and asked more questions. Mind you I was  never able to speak to Nancy but the demeanor of the text messages changed and not to my satisfaction. I then did a number lookup and found that Nancy had ripped off someone else for a dog. When I text her about it she refused to answer my question and said she would return my money to me in March. I won't hold my breath.

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with this seller and have not received a puppy or a refund. Hopefully the seller will rectify the situation soon.  I was unable to find an account under her name on the site.


You have the ability to leave a review for the seller.  To leave a review for a breeder, a buyer must log into their buyer account and locate the seller account by clicking the Find a Puppy tab at the top of the website and locating one of the seller's listings. There is a location search available to make searching for the listing more expedient.  

Once the profile has been accessed, the buyer must click the Write a Review link near the bottom of the web page, to the left of Contact Seller.  You may be requested to provide supporting documentation of the review you leave if the seller chooses to dispute the review.

PuppyFind.com is a bulletin board service and is meant to be a means to initiate the sale and so we do not get involved in the terms/completion of the sale.  Every seller/breeder goes through an approval process but as stated in our Terms of Service policy, we are not able to offer any guarantees that the individuals listing on the site are reputable breeders.
