Horrible from day oner! They sold me a car with 4 bent rims and lied about it and treated me badly and gave me a huge run around until they finnally replaced my rims and used the wrong parts and damaged my roaters. Never said sorry or acted as if they had done anything wrong the entire time. The service staff is very rude as is Nick salerno the GM. He was incredibly rude to me on several occasions and made me feel as if I had done something wrong and that he did not have time to speak to me. They put in writting when I bought the car they would do whatever it took to stop the vibration that was present on the test drive. Once they knew all the rims needed to be replaced there story changed and they did not want to make it right..then when they did they used the wrong parts and damaged my roaters etc.. I regret the day I stepped foot on the lot and I keep waiting on whats goning to go wrong with the car next. I had it only 4 months and had to replace the battery and now it is squeaking very bad and they tell me its my shocks and that will cost $250. I have only had the car 5 months and its got 50k and my shocks??I purchsed an extended warranty through them that they assured me was bumper to bumper (Billy strickland I hope you can sleep at night with all the lies you tell) and so far the warranty has covered nothing! The salesmen lied and has not spoken to me since all this has happened. They are all rude and have horrible customer service!! Worst experience ever! All those good reviews online are fake!

This dealership is the worst. Look at the reviews with caution, as there are multiple reviews on c_rs.com that all have the same language about Shea, and they are all from California, and all are similar user names. Jeff sits in his office thinking up new ways to scheme customers, and social media is his biggest tool. If I had to buy a car from Napleton, or choose walking, I'd rather walk.
